Following the publication of this article, an internal audit — conducted in response to quality concerns raised by Web of Science — identified problems in the use of the English language and references in the originally published version. The necessary corrections to both the language and the bibliographic section have since been carried out, and the Editorial Expression of Concern issued on 18 May 2025 has accordingly been withdrawn. The earlier published copy of this article is available on request at als.editor@als-journal.com.
